By participating in this course, you will gain more self-awareness and know exactly what makes you an emerging leader. You will develop a personalized, actionable plan for your own development and won't have to wait for someone else to develop you. The added value you will bring to yourself, your team and your organization through the knowledge and skills you gain from this program will provide a marked increase in your personal, team, and organizational performance and success.

Bi-weekly group coaching sessions on each of the four main emerging leader categories: Achiever, Change Agent, People Builder, Strategic Focus

Final session - December 16th
Six, one-hour individual coaching sessions throughout the program
