Emerging Leader Development Deep Dive

Imagine a future workplace driven by authentic leaders who believe individual and organizational success is directly tied to igniting the passion and purpose of each employee. A workplace where stress is reduced and performance is improved because employees are able to be who they are, bringing their authentic selves to the workplace and leveraging their strengths.

Currently, there is a gap between the future-state described above and leadership development today. On average, many people occupying leadership roles are not receiving their first leadership training until they've already been leading others for about ten years!

To course correct, the Development Ocean Emerging Leader Deep Dive is specifically designed for people who are not yet occupying a leadership role. By participating in this course, you will gain more self-awareness and know exactly what makes you an emerging leader. You will develop a personalized, actionable plan for your own development and won't have to wait for someone else to develop you. The added value you will bring to yourself, your team and your organization through the knowledge and skills you gain from this program will provide a marked increase in your personal, team, and organizational performance and success.
